Minerals Species: Cinnabar on Dolomite
Location of mineral deposit: Hunan Prov., China
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x7x4 cm
Description: Silvery-red, single cinnabar crystal, 3[HgS]. The largest crystal is 10*9mm in size! across on pale-yellow twisted saddle-shaped dolomite crystals and white quartz crystal up to 5 mm.

Other cinnabar interpenetration twin crystals on the white quartz.
